Brightree is pleased to invite you to the 2025 Executive Advisory Board Meeting, held in Big Sky, Montana from Monday, October 6 to Thursday, October 9. This exclusive gathering will offer meaningful dialogue, strategic insights, and opportunities to engage with peers in a remarkable setting.
Reservations will be made for you according to your arrival and departure dates. Brightree will cover your room, tax, and all meals on October 6-9. Upon check-in, you will need to provide a credit card for incidentals during your stay.
Important Note: Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Luggage storage will be available upon check-in.
Booking Flights
Brightree will coordinate round-trip coach airfare based on your preferred airport and airline. Following your RSVP, Kimberly Bokamper will contact you to finalize travel details.

Airport Arrival: By 1:00 PM on Monday, October 6
Departure: Anytime on Thursday, October 9

Airport Transportation
We will provide transportation to and from Bozeman International Airport (BZN) (or the airport of your choice). Once you retrieve your baggage in baggage claim, locate the attendant holding a Brightree EAB sign and you will be escorted with the group to your hotel transportation.
Your attendance at this event includes a round-trip, non-refundable coach airline ticket, three nights lodging at the Montage Big Sky, all meals during the event, recreational activity on Tuesday, October 7, and transportation to all locations. Also included is access to the fitness center. Tips and service charges for baggage handlers and housekeepers will be taken care of in advance.
Features not included:
Brightree will not be covering any room incidentals (i.e., room service, laundry, honor bar, telephone or movies), non-hosted activities, expenses incurred from airline ticket changes, and tips for room concierge.
